About the Role

F&M Trust is seeking a seasoned Senior Commercial Credit Analyst to join our Credit Department team. This is a hybrid role that offers the flexibility to work from home or from one of our office locations in Chambersburg, PA, or Harrisburg, PA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and determine the credit risks of commercial credits with high dollar and complexity through detailed financial statement analysis, industry assessment, collateral valuation, cash flow analysis, and the ability to repay annual debt service.
  • Typical deal sizes range from $5-30MM, primarily consisting of commercial real estate, including land development, residential apartment construction, multi-family homes, hotels, and strip centers.
  • Seasoned credit analysts will have opportunities to mentor junior credit analysts and develop leadership skills.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Five (5) or more years of current or very recent commercial credit underwriting experience.
  • Ability to identify and analyze trends, strengths, and risks in financials, industries, and geographies.
  • Possesses effective verbal and written communication skills.
