Job Description

Sea Mar Community Health Centers, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), is seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to join its team in Oak Harbor. As a leading provider of comprehensive health services, we are committed to delivering high-quality care to diverse communities, with a focus on serving Latinos in Washington State.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group counseling, case management, crisis stabilization, suicide risk assessment, and treatment planning.
  • Collaborate with medication providers, primary care physicians, and community agencies to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans based on accurate diagnoses and assessments.
  • Work closely with medical providers to establish a whole "health home" for clients.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in psychology, counseling, or social work with coursework in psychological diagnostics.
  • Four or more years of clinical experience in the field.
  • Active, approved license from the Washington State Department of Health.
  • Meet criteria of a Mental Health Professional (MHP).
