Job Overview:

  Key Responsibilities:
  * Conduct thorough assessments of clients' speech and language abilities
  * Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address specific needs
  * Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to improve communication skills
  * Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  * Maintain accurate records and reports of client progress

  Essential Qualifications:
  * Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) or equivalent
  * Current licensure/certification as an SLP
  * Strong knowledge of speech and language development, assessment, and intervention techniques
  * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  * Ability to work independently and as part of a team
