Salary
$58,300 - $71,000 per year

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Benefits Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for communicating company policies and procedures, benefit plans, and company culture to employees. You will also investigate employee relations issues, prepare reports and recommendations, and act as a facilitator between employees and supervisors to resolve disputes.

Responsibilities
* Investigate employee relations issues and prepare reports and recommendations on findings
* Act as a facilitator between employees and supervisors to resolve disputes
* Consult Managers on how to identify, evaluate, and resolve employee relations and work performance issues
* Communicate company policies and procedures, benefit plan, and company culture to employees
* Create and update employee handbook, new hire packet, and orientation manual
* Process terminations, including processing paperwork, initiating appropriate communication, and conducting exit interviews

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in human resources or business-related field preferred
* 5+ years of human resources experience required
