Job Title: Childcare Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Childcare Specialist to join our team at Oregon Coast Community Action. As a key member of our childcare services, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to young children. Our ideal candidate is passionate about early childhood development, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work effectively with children, families, and colleagues.

The successful candidate will have experience working with infants and toddlers, preferably in a childcare setting. A minimum requirement for this position is a high school diploma or equivalent, and preference will be given to those with certifications such as the CDA credential or Oregon Registry Step 7 or higher. Paid experience working with young children is highly desirable.

This is a part-time year-round position, approximately 20 hours per week. The salary range for this position is $15.20 - $18.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
