Job Overview

Position Summary:

The Recruitment Coordinator plays a crucial role in the hiring process by managing job postings across various platforms, sourcing candidates, participating in job fairs, organizing interviews, and conducting interviews. Success in this position requires prior experience in recruitment or staffing, along with relevant professional experience. This role oversees the entire recruitment process, from attracting candidates to onboarding new employees, ensuring that our organization effectively recruits and retains talented individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engages in comprehensive recruitment activities for non-exempt positions; assists in the management of temporary staffing needs.
  • Handles essential recruitment functions such as posting job vacancies (both internally and externally), reviewing applications, contacting candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting interviews.
  • Facilitates orientation sessions for new hires.
  • Occasionally supports HR or staffing-related initiatives, including process enhancements.
  • Maintains accurate records in the human resource information system for new employees and generates reports as necessary.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Recruitment Coordinator, Staffing Specialist, or in a similar capacity.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
  • Experience in interviewing and assessing candidates (including sourcing, structured interviews, and evaluations).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage both physical and digital employee records effectively.
  • Exceptional communication abilities.
  • Solid understanding of labor laws and regulations.
