Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Field Service Engineer to join our team at ABB. As a key member of our service division, you will be responsible for executing service work of medium to high complexity, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying new service business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute service work as per customer order and expectations, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Deliver superior customer experience, effectively communicating service work timelines and expectations, and ensuring customer retention.
  • Identify new service business opportunities in close cooperation with customers and other ABB teams, driving revenue growth and business development.
  • Coach and supervise technicians and engineers, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and site activities management.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of field engineering experience, with a strong background in electrical systems and services.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision, with strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel approximately 75% as required, with a valid passport and driver's license.
