About the Role:
P. R. Financial is a leading independent marketing organization (IMO) in the financial services industry, specializing in life insurance, health insurance, retirement, annuities, medicare, senior benefits, and more. We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Life Insurance Sales Agent to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process current policyholders' insurance claims while monitoring the status of existing insurance claims.
- Develop a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products through our Qualified Leads platform, referrals, networking, and other marketing strategies to secure new business.
- Provide warm and professional customer service while onboarding new clients and maintain existing clients, including booking appointments, inquiry response, insurance eligibility, claim submissions, questions concerning billing and insurance policies.
- Ensure all contracting paperwork is up to date while maintaining databases, records, and bookkeeping.
- Evaluate new customers' insurance needs, insurance risk, existing coverage, long-term goals, and financial status through consultations to create a tailored experience that exceeds expectations.
Requirements:
- Current Life & Health insurance license is greatly valued.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Customer service or experience as a sales representative are highly valued.
- Prior health insurance or life insurance experience a bonus.
Compensation: $86,000 - $135,000 1st Year
