Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial assessments with potential clients to evaluate their financial circumstances and determine the suitability of debt settlement.
  • Handle incoming inquiries and proactively reach out to warm leads provided by the organization.
  • Inform clients about the debt settlement process, including its mechanics, potential risks, and advantages.
  • Clearly communicate the terms and conditions of the proposed debt resolution plan, including anticipated monthly payments and the overall timeline for resolution.
  • Achieve or surpass monthly sales objectives and performance benchmarks established by the organization.
  • Drive revenue through client enrollments and successful debt settlements, contributing to the overall financial targets of the company.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated success in a sales environment.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a call center setting is preferred.
  • Experience in a commission-driven role is advantageous.
  • Prior exposure to debt settlement processes is a plus.
  • Strong work ethic and determination are essential.
  • Ability to effectively address customer objections.
  • Skilled in managing customer rejections.
  • Enjoys building personal connections with clients.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities with a proven track record of meeting monthly targets and deadlines.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to ensure effective interactions with clients and team members.
  • Proficient in essential technology skills, including email communication, handling customer inquiries, multitasking with various applications, and effective use of communication tools.
  • Demonstrates a passion for assisting others through phone interactions and possesses the ability to educate clients while maintaining composure.
Compensation

Base pay of $16.00 per hour with uncapped monthly commissions, plus overtime opportunities.
