Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Hospice Admissions Nurse to conduct weekend referrals and report directly to the Admissions Manager. This role involves explaining services to patients and families, contributing to each patient's total plan of care, and participating in evening/weekend on-call as required.

Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse license in the state of work

  • CPR Certification
