Job Summary

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Anew Hospice. As a CNA, you will work under the supervision of a registered nurse or therapist to provide personal care services and supportive duties to clients. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver care items with kindness, respect, and dignity in a compassionate and quality manner.
  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) as directed or assigned.
  • Report unusual occurrences, significant changes in client condition, and refusals of treatment to the Director of Hospice.
  • Contribute to the planning, implementation, and evaluation of plans of care for assigned clients.
  • Record accurate and legible information about client care, conditions, and observations in the client record.
  • Regularly communicate with RN Case Manager or Director of Hospice about assigned clients.
Requirements

Requirements:

  • Successful completion of a state-approved Nursing Assistant training and competency evaluation program or a CNA competency evaluation program approved by the state.
