Role Overview:
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will support a variety of technology initiatives utilizing Sterling OMS. Your responsibilities will include configuration, software development, and the implementation of updates and patches.

You will be tasked with ensuring that the OMS & Order Services platform is designed to generate scalable and adaptable solutions that align with digital platform requirements. Your role will involve analyzing business needs, leading design sessions, and conducting code reviews for extensions and customizations within the Sterling OMS development framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Java-based extensions for Sterling OMS, Java/EE, XML, XSLT, and Oracle Middleware technologies.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects and Business Analysts to enhance the capabilities of the Sterling OMS platform.
  • Work closely with various technology teams to ensure seamless integration of Sterling OMS with associated applications.
  • Provide technical guidance on Sterling Web Store and Sterling Web Call Center customizations.
  • Establish processes and procedures to maintain high standards and provide project estimates.
  • Lead technical teams to consistently meet project commitments and provide L3 support for production issues.
  • Engage with key stakeholders throughout the Project Life Cycle, including Requirements Elicitation and Application Architecture definition.
  • Offer mentorship and technical leadership to the OMS development team.

Qualifications:
Applicants must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with five (5) years of progressive experience in developing, implementing, and customizing IBM Sterling Commerce Distributed Order Management and Inventory Visibility.

Additional requirements include:

  • Five years of experience with Sterling Web store customizations, Services, DevOps, Delivery, Agile methodologies, and high transaction systems.
  • Five years of experience in at least one of the following: Servlet, JSP, or Java Web Services.
  • Two years of experience in at least one of the following: Java Spring Boot applications or migrating On-Premise systems to Cloud.
  • Three years of experience leading multiple work tracks in a multi-site team model.
  • Two years of experience mentoring junior software engineers.

Workplace Arrangement:
This position is classified as In Person, necessitating onsite collaboration. Work is primarily conducted onsite, four days per week, depending on role requirements.

Compensation and Benefits:
Lululemon offers a competitive compensation package grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes outstanding individual and team contributions. The typical hiring range for this position is between $182,312.00 and $202,312.00 annually, with base pay determined by market location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
