Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze daily financial reports to ensure accurate cash management;
  • Prepare and coordinate financial documents for treasury activities, including wires, confirmations, and borrowing notices;
  • Coordinate the opening, closing, and updating of corporate bank accounts and services, maintaining a current bank account registry and signatories;
  • Support the treasury cash management system, reviewing account balances and borrowing capacity, and considering foreign exchange impacts;
  • Arrange letters of credit and standby trust agreements;
  • Prepare month-end financial entries and maintain supporting schedules;
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Accounting, Accounts Receivable/Payable, and Tax;
  • Support external and internal audit documentation requests;
  • Perform other duties as requested by management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration;
  • 2-3 years of treasury experience, preferably in a corporate treasury environment;
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate with various levels of management;
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines with attention to detail and accuracy.
