About the Role

Mass General Brigham is seeking a dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our team in Lexington, Massachusetts.

Estimated Salary:

$76,000 - $92,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to provide high-quality care to patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care and participate in therapeutic milieu
  • Accurately and timely document patient information
  • Establish therapeutic relationships with patients and maintain professional boundaries
  • Participate in patient rounds or teams
  • Complete patient care assignments
  • Identify patient behaviors that contribute to crisis situations and utilize de-escalation techniques
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; two years of college plus one year of clinical experience preferred
  • Licensure: N/A
  • Skills: Verbal and written communication skills, ability to work in collaboration with others
  • Experience: Previous experience in direct patient care preferred
