Mental Health Service Specialist

**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Technician to join our team at The Ridge Behavioral Health System in Lexington, KY.
As a key member of our staff, you will provide routine non-acute physical care for patients and facilitate educational groups based on their needs.
**Responsibilities:
- Facilitate group activities tailored to the topic, age, and level of understanding as approved by the Program Coordinator.
- Ensure patients are consistently monitored in the proper location for the duration of activities.
- Provide appropriate crisis intervention as necessary, utilizing de-escalation techniques to diffuse the situation.

**Qualifications:

The Ridge Behavioral Health System is a 110-bed hospital located in the heart of the Bluegrass, Lexington, KY. We offer partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient programs, individual counseling, and medication management for all ages.
