Guest Services Supervisor

Vinik Sports Group is a world-class experience provider that grows brands, drives revenues, and impacts the community. We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Supervisor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
As a Guest Services Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing a positive first impression to our guests, interacting with them in a courteous and professional manner, and adhering to all standard operating procedures and policies. You will also be responsible for monitoring the performance, conduct, and attendance of our Guest Experience staff, and ensuring that they provide a clean and safe environment for our guests.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent customer service and problem-solving skills, a minimum of 6-12 months prior leadership experience directing staff, and knowledge and skill in radio communication. You will also need to be able to remain calm and focused during times of stress, and have the ability to exercise sound judgment to diffuse volatile situations.
