The Recruiter plays a pivotal role in assisting clients with recruitment strategies to ensure project success and talent acquisition for direct-hire opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attract finance, technology, and human resource talent through strategic sourcing and marketing efforts.
  • Schedule and execute phone screens, in-person interviews, and client meetings to identify top candidates.
  • Provide guidance on resume preparation, market trends, and the job search process to candidates.
  • Stay updated on market conditions, emerging trends, and daily events impacting talent supply and demand.
  • Activities include but are not limited to sourcing, cold calling, prospect qualifying, marketing candidates, and attending networking events.
  • Develop and promote external job postings on major job boards and social media platforms.
  • Maintain a robust candidate pipeline to meet client forecasted demand for resources.
  • Properly document candidate information within proprietary technology to ensure efficient delivery strategies.
  • Promote a professional online presence representing the company's brand.
  • Promote PRSG's services through professional associations, recruitment events, and external networking opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Human Resources.
  • 3+ years of experience in accounting, finance, HR, IT, or sales functions.
  • CPA or PHRA certification is beneficial but not required.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing deadlines, and work independently and collaboratively.
  • Tech-savviness and exceptional communication skills are essential.
