Job Overview
As a Customer Service Associate II, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with various account transactions, including teller operations. Your expertise will guide customers in understanding our products and services, helping them achieve their financial aspirations.
Key Responsibilities
- Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless experience for customers.
- Provide friendly, professional, and confidential assistance to clients, whether in person, at the drive-thru, or over the phone.
- Balance cash drawers daily and report any discrepancies to your supervisor.
- Assist customers in opening and maintaining retail accounts and safe deposit boxes.
- Utilize every interaction as an opportunity to inform customers about additional services that may benefit them.
- Handle customer inquiries with diligence, troubleshooting and resolving issues as necessary.
- Support other departments and branches with transactions and customer requests.
- Participate in branch opening and closing procedures as assigned.
- Engage in team efforts to meet departmental and organizational objectives.
- Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies, ensuring a safe and compliant work environment.
Qualifications
A minimum of one to three years of experience in customer service or a related field is required, with cash handling experience preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary.
Successful candidates will demonstrate courtesy, tact, and diplomacy in all interactions. Strong communication skills are essential for effectively explaining products and services, addressing customer needs, and providing solutions.
