Job Overview

Wolford is looking for skilled individuals to fill the role of Sales Associate in our retail environment.

Position Summary
The primary objective is to drive sales by delivering exceptional service to clients, utilizing effective product demonstrations, sales strategies, and comprehensive product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by showcasing products, articulating their benefits, features, quality, pricing, and care instructions.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales and KPI objectives through proactive cross-selling and upselling techniques.
  • Maintain a Client Book and actively seek to expand the customer database.

Operational Duties:

  • Oversee the merchandising of the boutique, including window displays and in-store visuals, ensuring all products are attractively presented and organized according to corporate standards.
  • Assist in preparing merchandise orders, managing product deliveries, and receiving inventory.
  • Ensure all areas are kept in immaculate condition, including shelves, displays, cash counters, fitting rooms, and stock areas.
  • Participate in ongoing training and team meetings focused on product knowledge, customer service excellence, promotional strategies, and visual merchandising.
  • Manage the POS and cash handling systems.
  • Maintain accurate cash handling records and adhere to opening and closing procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as federal, state, and local laws.
  • Handle product pricing, returns, exchanges, and prepare necessary administrative documentation.
  • Adhere to all Wolford standards, including the Employee Handbook, Dress Code policies, and Boutique Operations Manual.
  • Protect company assets and enforce loss prevention protocols.
  • May involve key holding responsibilities.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a luxury retail setting is preferred.
- Proficient in POS systems.
