Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

  • Deliver unparalleled customer service by showcasing products, articulating their benefits, features, quality, pricing, and care instructions.
  • Meet and exceed designated sales and KPI goals through proactive cross-selling and upselling techniques.
  • Maintain a detailed Client Book and actively seek to expand the customer database.

Operational Duties:

  • Organize and merchandise the boutique, including window displays and in-store visuals, ensuring all products are impeccably presented and aligned with corporate standards.
  • Oversee merchandise orders, manage product deliveries, and ensure accurate receipt of goods.
  • Keep all areas of the boutique in immaculate condition, including shelves, displays, sales counters, fitting rooms, and stock areas.
  • Participate in ongoing training and team meetings focused on product knowledge, customer service excellence, promotional strategies, and visual merchandising.
  • Manage the POS and cash handling systems effectively.
  • Maintain accurate cash handling records and adhere to opening and closing procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as all relevant laws and guidelines.
  • Handle product pricing, returns, exchanges, and prepare necessary administrative documentation.
  • Adhere to all Wolford standards, including the Employee Handbook, Dress Code policies, and Boutique Operations Manual.
  • Protect company assets and uphold loss prevention protocols.
  • May involve key holding responsibilities.
