Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cashier to join our team. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operate a cash register, handling customer transactions, and maintaining accurate cash handling procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including rotating stock, tidying, and ensuring the store appears attractive to customers.
  • Participate in cross-training opportunities, including receiving, pricing, and stocking donations, as well as hanging, inspecting, and tagging textiles and clothing in a production-style setting.
  • Meet productivity and sales goals, while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Production or similar experience preferred.
  • Availability to work most store hours, including evenings and weekends.

Benefits

  • Competitive hourly rate of $13.50.
  • Eligible benefits, including paid time off, pension plan, medical and dental insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
