The Client Relationship Executive is responsible for strategizing and implementing sales and marketing initiatives tailored for the Retail Company's clientele.

The ultimate measure of success will be reflected in the growth of profitable sales and the enhancement of relationships within the account.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth at the account through data-driven and analytical selling techniques.
  • Boost sales by crafting innovative promotional strategies and ensuring their profitable execution.
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain consistent follow-up to increase sales.
  • Approach projects, requests, and deadlines with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Facilitate coordination of activities and communication among vendors and various company departments.
  • Analyze competitor actions and propose strategies to counteract these movements.
  • Oversee credits and account receivables.
  • Engage with all organizational levels regarding sales and operational matters.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in working hours, including occasional weekends.
  • Be prepared to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Ensure adherence to established company policies and procedures while fulfilling the above responsibilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field.
  • At least five (5) years of experience in sales of grocery products to chain accounts.
  • Proficient in Excel (filtering, sorting, basic formulas; open to learning pivot tables/vlookups) and PowerBI.
  • Proven history of meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Experience in Category Management is a plus.
