Position Overview: The Office Operations Manager will deliver comprehensive office support for all facets of our program. This role includes acting as the office receptionist, preparing weekly documentation, managing payroll processes, and safeguarding confidential records of participants and staff.
- The candidate must thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment while maintaining professionalism with colleagues, families, and external service providers.
- Ideal applicants should exhibit strong organizational skills, attention to detail, effective time management, and proficiency in computer applications (Word, Excel, Publisher, etc.).
- A collaborative spirit, along with a friendly and approachable demeanor, is essential.
Qualifications/Requirements: A High School Diploma or GED is mandatory; an Associate Degree is preferred.
- Proficiency in computer systems is crucial, with specific skills to be assessed during the interview process.
- A basic understanding of insurance and third-party billing processes is advantageous.
This position necessitates reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and appropriate auto insurance coverage.
