Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct account follow-up activities to ensure timely payments.

This role requires a deep understanding of specialized functions within the revenue cycle, allowing you to work independently while delivering exceptional customer service. You will utilize your analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret and explain payor contracts, as well as billing and collections policies.

Qualifications:

Essential Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Proficient in English, with strong skills in speech, spelling, grammar, and basic mathematics.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in hospital or professional billing and/or collections.

Physical Requirements:

This position involves sitting at a desk or table, with some walking, standing, bending, and the occasional lifting of light objects. You will be required to operate a personal computer for extended periods, utilizing your hands and fingers for various tasks.

Additional Information:

This role may include cross-training in other revenue cycle functions and providing backup support as needed.
