  • Assist internal customers with ordering and purchase approval process
  • Enforce purchasing policies while providing customer service
  • Respond to requests in a timely manner to support customers
  • Process purchase orders and returns
  • Maintain vendor relations
  • Monitor orders and deliveries
  • Review and verify invoices
  • Provide support to accounts payable to ensure invoices are received, approved, and properly coded
  • Track expenses and provide reports for internal stakeholders
  • Evaluate vendor performance
  • Identify areas for improvement in procurement processes
  • Develop reports and analyze KPIs

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Statistics, or related field preferred
  • Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills are required
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications and Microsoft ERP systems is preferred
  • Understanding of GL coding and accruals is required
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Willingness to learn new systems and assist others
  • Proficiency in Excel/Power Query/Power BI, querying database systems (SQL), importing/exporting data between applications
  • Ability to work occasional weekends and holidays as needed
  • Occasional travel may be required
