Position Overview:
The Real Estate Operations Support Coordinator will play a vital role in enhancing the efficiency of residential real estate sales office functions.

The successful candidate will possess a background in Real Estate, a robust service orientation, meticulous attention to detail, a high level of technological proficiency, exceptional organizational abilities, and a collaborative spirit.

Key Responsibilities:
This role is centered around delivering outstanding customer service to independently affiliated sales agents, clients, and vendors.

Given the critical nature of this position, prompt execution of duties is essential to support agents and contribute to their business success.


The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong capabilities in both administrative tasks and technology, providing assistance to independently affiliated sales associates with their technological, company system, and administrative requirements.

Responsibilities will include:


- Facilitating the onboarding process for newly affiliated sales associates to ensure they are proficient with company systems.
- Offering support and guidance to all sales associates regarding the utilization of company systems.
- Assisting with basic social media and marketing initiatives.
- Providing instruction and support on office systems, including the ordering of business cards, name badges, and other miscellaneous tasks.
- Contributing to the overall appearance of the office, addressing repair issues, and maintaining equipment.
- Delivering front desk support, including greeting customers, answering phone calls, and performing standard front desk duties.
- Executing a variety of other administrative tasks as directed.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of two years' experience in a customer-focused business environment with administrative responsibilities.
- A background in Real Estate is preferred.
- Proficiency in computer applications, with advanced skills in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and company web pages.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service skills, with excellent verbal and written communication.
- Capability to interact effectively with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing business needs within a team environment.
