People Operations Coordinator

Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job Description:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, using HR databases to track employee information.
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and changes, to ensure employees receive the support they need.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures, providing clear and concise answers to help employees navigate company processes.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed, assisting with tasks such as scheduling and data entry.
Requirements:
- High school diploma required; prior experience in an HR or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
