About the Role:The Clinical Educator will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating educational activities and programs based on identified practice gaps for a specific target audience. You will utilize knowledge of educational theory and adult learning principles to enhance the professional development of clinical personnel.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, coordinate, manage, facilitate, conduct, and evaluate onboarding and orientation programs for clinical personnel.
- Design and implement educational activities and programs based on identified practice gaps.
- Utilize knowledge of educational theory and adult learning principles to enhance professional development.
- Identify and develop strategies to facilitate a continuous process of growth through lifelong learning.
- Integrate best research evidence into didactic and clinical education design.
- Consult, advise, teach, and coordinate with other individuals, groups, departments, and/or institutions concerning education and learning.
- At least 3 years related clinical and/or nursing experience required.
- Documentation of previous teaching experience preferred.
- Four-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- Graduate or professional work or advanced degree; Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers required.
