About This Role:

Spectrum is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Service and Sales Professional to join our team of specialists in the communications and entertainment technology space. As a Retail Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in helping customers choose the right products and services to meet their needs, while also driving sales and revenue growth for the company.



Responsibilities:


  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals, including wireless sales
  • Ensure a great customer experience by providing exceptional service and support
  • Educate and engage customers through product demonstrations and presentations
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Maintain strong knowledge of all TV, internet, and wireless products, pricing plans, promotions, and service features for Spectrum, as well as our competitors


Requirements:




  • Thrive in a fast-paced team environment and be comfortable with frequent change
  • Read, write and speak the English language to effectively communicate with employees, customers, and suppliers in person, on the phone, and by written communications
  • Lifting up to 35 lbs. and standing for prolonged periods of time may be required
  • A valid driver's license is preferred
  • Sales experience and knowledge of the latest technology and devices are a plus
