Key Responsibilities:
As a charge nurse, you will deliver specialized nursing care and oversee the administration of nursing services to patients. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating personalized nursing care strategies.
Orientation Program:
New hires will participate in a comprehensive six-week paid orientation (Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM).

Minimum Qualifications:
Must possess an active RN license to practice in Virginia. Ability to function effectively as part of an interdisciplinary treatment team is essential.
Preferred Qualifications:
A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is strongly preferred.
