Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse - Clinical Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our clinical departments, ensuring seamless delivery of patient care, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Management
    • Provide strategic direction and oversight to clinical departments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
    • Lead and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
    • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement operational plans, policies, and procedures.
  • Quality and Safety
    • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
    • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement evidence-based practices.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Develop and implement operational plans, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal patient flow.
    • Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical teams to identify and implement process improvements.
    • Monitor and analyze operational metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including patients, families, physicians, and staff.
    • Communicate regularly with senior leaders, department managers, and staff to ensure alignment and progress toward organizational goals.
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient-centered care initiatives.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical leadership or management.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in developing and implementing operational plans.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
    • Ability to analyze complex data and develop evidence-based solutions.
    • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with ability to navigate complex healthcare environments.
