Registered Nurse

Frisbie Memorial Hospital is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient Rehab Department. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care, working closely with our clinical team to create and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the hospital.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement care plans that promote patient-centered care and optimal outcomes.
- Document patient care, including CARE scores, to ensure accurate and comprehensive records.
- Promote customer service initiatives and adhere to the Hospital Values.
- BLS certification required.
- Nonviolent Crisis Intervention Certification required within 90 days of beginning of employment.
- Certified Registered Rehab Nurse (CRRN) preferred.
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of New Hampshire or appropriate compact licensure, in accordance with law and regulation.
- Associate Degree from an accredited school of nursing required. BSN preferred.
