Job Summary and Qualifications
As a Registered Nurse (RN) in our Emergency Services department, you will deliver nursing care for a variety of cases, from minor injuries to critically ill patients in a Level III Trauma Center.
Our dynamic team excels in high-pressure situations, always prioritizing patient welfare. You will be responsible for triaging, assessing, and treating patients across all age groups.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing multiple cases concurrently while delivering comprehensive nursing care and prioritizing patient needs.
- Recognizing life-threatening conditions and initiating appropriate interventions.
- Monitoring, documenting, and communicating patient statuses using computerized systems.
- Responding to changes in patient conditions and coordinating discharge planning with the healthcare team.
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
- Current RN licensure in the State of NH or a valid compact state license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- ACLS and PALS certifications to be obtained within six months of hire.
- TNCC certification to be completed within two years of hire.
This position requires full COVID-19 vaccination in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations, unless an exemption is approved.
