Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Registered Nurse (RN) in our Emergency Services department, you will deliver nursing care for a variety of cases, from minor injuries to critically ill patients in a Level III Trauma Center.

Our dynamic team excels in high-pressure situations, always prioritizing patient welfare. You will be responsible for triaging, assessing, and treating patients across all age groups.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing multiple cases concurrently while delivering comprehensive nursing care and prioritizing patient needs.
  • Recognizing life-threatening conditions and initiating appropriate interventions.
  • Monitoring, documenting, and communicating patient statuses using computerized systems.
  • Responding to changes in patient conditions and coordinating discharge planning with the healthcare team.

Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • Current RN licensure in the State of NH or a valid compact state license.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  • ACLS and PALS certifications to be obtained within six months of hire.
  • TNCC certification to be completed within two years of hire.

This position requires full COVID-19 vaccination in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations, unless an exemption is approved.
