Registered Nurse RN Inpatient Rehab

Frisbie Memorial Hospital is committed to delivering exceptional patient care, and we're seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient Rehab team. As a key member of our clinical team, you will provide direct nursing care to patients, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to create and implement personalized care plans that meet each patient's unique needs.

Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet each patient's needs.
- Document all patient care, including CARE scores, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Promote customer service initiatives and adhere to the hospital's values.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
- BLS certification required.
- Nonviolent Crisis Intervention Certification required within 90 days of beginning of employment.
- Certified Registered Rehab Nurse (CRRN) preferred.
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of New Hampshire or appropriate compact licensure, in accordance with law and regulation.
- Associate Degree from an accredited school of nursing required. BSN preferred.
