Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at St. Vincent's Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring timely and effective delivery of care.
  • Coordinate patient care with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers.
  • Assess and document patient condition, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies for enhanced care.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care, taking into account patient needs, preferences, and goals.
  • Participate in daily interdisciplinary patient rounds, providing input and insights to inform care decisions.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote high-quality patient care.
Requirements
  • Current CT RN license
  • Graduate of accredited nursing school with BSN preferred
  • Current BLS, ACLS, PALS
  • PACU and or ICU/ ED experience preferred
