The Premium In-Seat Server is a key member of our team, providing exceptional hospitality to guests in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role involves delivering mobile orders, ensuring timely service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service: Ensure that guests receive quick, attentive, and friendly service, communicating clearly and professionally at all times.
- Deliver mobile orders: Ensure that snacks and drinks are served properly and in a timely manner, maintaining a neat presentation of all ordered items.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace: Ensure that the server station is stocked and organized, with all necessary supplies and equipment readily available.
- Assist with stock and inventory: Assist with restocking server stations and maintaining inventory levels, ensuring that all necessary supplies are available.
- Communicate effectively: Communicate with supervisors and colleagues to ensure seamless service and coordination, maintaining a professional and clean appearance at all times.
Requirements:
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment: Previous experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent: A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, as well as a Food Handlers Card and other required compliance trainings.
- Ability to work in a team environment: Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment, communicating effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
- Ability to communicate with guests: Ability to communicate with guests in a clear, business-like, and respectful manner, generating a positive, enthusiastic, and cooperative work environment.
