Job Summary


We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Inventory Management Associate to maintain inventory accuracy by performing cycle counts and resolving discrepancies found. This role plays a critical part in improving customer satisfaction and driving repeat business.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Perform daily aged item counts using an RF scanner
  • Utilize systems to report or correct order issues
  • Reroute orders and reprint shipping labels as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to investigate and resolve order issues quickly
  • Escalate all discrepancies to management

Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • 1 year of previous inventory/cycle counting experience
  • Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements and documentation (MSDS, OSHA, Equipment Checklist, BOL, etc.)
  • Experience working with a WMS system
  • Ability to work mostly unsupervised in a fast-paced environment while achieving expected results
  • Prior demonstrated ability to handle general administration tasks
  • Experience with MS Office and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Strong MS Excel knowledge
  • Physical strength to lift cartons up to 75 LBS consistently
