Job Title: Inventory Control Associate

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Inventory Control Associate to join our team at All America Threaded Products. As an Inventory Control Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our inventory management processes.

Job Responsibilities:

- Perform cycle counts in accordance with company policy to maintain accurate inventory levels
- Complete stock checks requested by various internal departments to ensure timely and accurate reporting
- Put away incoming material from receiving, production, packing, tubing, returns, or quality control to maintain a well-organized warehouse
- Replenish warehouse bin locations to ensure efficient stock retrieval
- Consolidate same items to reduce bin locations used and increase cubic volume utilization
- Participate in process improvement projects to drive efficiency and productivity
- Travel by company vehicle to offsite warehouse during normal business hours to support inventory management

Requirements:

- 2+ years of proven success in a warehouse, industrial, or other inventory control setting
- Ability to work with and without supervision to specific targets and timetables
- Driver's license and clean driving record
- Coachable attitude and willingness to learn new skills and responsibilities
- Understanding of basic inventory control procedures is preferred
- Prior experience working in a busy warehouse or distribution center environment is ideal
