Job Opportunity

Braintrust Tutors is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a K-8 Tutor. As a Tutor with our organization, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students by providing high-quality reading and math interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver one-on-one or small group tutoring in reading and/or math to K-8th grade students.
  • Implement our evidence-based intervention programs according to provided guidelines.
  • Assess student progress and adjust instruction as needed to ensure optimal learning outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress using our reporting platform.
  • Collaborate with our Operations team and school staff to ensure a cohesive approach to student support.

Qualifications:

  • A background in Education or a related field.
  • Active Teaching License.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students succeed.
  • Reliability and punctuality.
  • Experience working with K-8th grade students is a plus.
