Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet all customers warmly, ensuring to address them by name, verify rental agreements, and express gratitude at the conclusion of each transaction.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide tailored assistance based on individual needs and requests, demonstrating a clear understanding of the various products and services offered.
  • Facilitate a seamless and efficient rental experience by assisting with vehicle exchanges and returns, ensuring all rental parameters are clearly communicated and understood.
  • Prepare comprehensive Rental Agreement Folders with all necessary information and assist customers with local area insights and service details.
  • Act on behalf of both the customer and the company to resolve any issues fairly, fostering ongoing customer loyalty.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of rental counters and customer areas, ensuring that all service points are adequately stocked for efficient operations.
  • Assist customers in line to minimize wait times and deliver the most effective service possible.

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in customer service within the last 3 years.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with no more than 1 moving violation in the past 3 years.

  • At least 6 months of employment with the most recent employer.
  • Reside within a reasonable commuting distance to the workplace.
