Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the expectations of our guests.
- Lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
- Collaborate with our chef and culinary team to create innovative and delicious dishes.
- Manage kitchen inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure optimal efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a senior kitchen role, preferably in a boutique hotel or restaurant setting.

- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team.
- Excellent culinary skills, with knowledge of menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
