Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Technician to join our team at East Iowa Machine Company. As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services, identifying and resolving quality issues, and implementing process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct quality inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and report quality issues and defects, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve them.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of quality data and metrics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as quality assurance, engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of quality principles, methods, and tools.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
