Global HEOR/RWE Fellowship Program

Program Overview

The Global HEOR/RWE Fellowship program is a one-year, paid opportunity for a full-time employee to gain knowledge and proficiency in Health Economics and Outcomes Research and Real World Evidence generation in the biopharmaceutical arena. The program is designed to provide a broad understanding of the biopharm industry and the work conducted by a GHEOR group to support the needs within a typical biopharm company.

Responsibilities
  1. Work on projects within a chosen disease area, together with researchers within GHEOR, including typical HEOR/RWE studies within the biopharm industry.
  2. Assist in all publication needs of GHEOR research and may travel to attend conferences to present HEOR data.
  3. Final project/presentation to members of the GHEOR team and other relevant stakeholders within the company.
Requirements

A PharmD graduate from an accredited school is required. Clinical certification and/or previous HEOR experience are preferred. Minimal to no experience is necessary, and a PharmD or other relevant Doctorate or Masters degree in the Medical/Health Care field is required.

Work Environment

The work is performed in an office environment with exposure to electrical office equipment. The employee will frequently sit for 6-8 hours per day and will have the ability to make fast, simple, repeated movements of the fingers, hands, and wrists. The employee will also be able to communicate information and ideas so others will understand, with the ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken English words and sentences.
