MPS Baltic is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Relationship Manager to join their team in Vilnius. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial, credit management, and sales processes, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key corporate clients, driving client engagement and retention strategies, and selling banking and leasing products and services. They will also be responsible for monitoring existing customers and their risks, and preparing for and participating in events and other marketing and sales activities.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years' experience in a bank as a Corporate Client Relationship Manager, a university degree in Finance, Banking, or Business Administration, and fluency in Lithuanian and English languages. They will also have strong analytical thinking and the ability to deliver results and meet customer expectations.
