Central Utility Systems Lead

**Job Description:** Central Utility Systems Lead
Catholic Medical Center is looking for a highly skilled Central Utility Systems Lead to oversee the operation and maintenance of our central utility systems, including boilers, chillers, and HVAC systems. This is a challenging role that requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate as the technical lead for central plant utility systems
- Secure external vendor proposals for necessary repairs and preventative maintenance activities
- Research and secure parts for repairs when necessary
Requirements:
- Associates degree in engineering or engineering technology
- 10 years' experience as a hospital plant operator
- 3 years' experience in energy management or building automation controls
Salary Range: $80,000 - $105,000 per year
