Job Description

As an Office Administrator at Knight Management Group, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations at the New Bedford branch.

Your primary responsibilities will include interacting with applicants and employees daily, reviewing weekly timesheets, and distributing payroll/pay statements. Additionally, you will greet and assist onsite guests as needed and answer inbound telephone calls when required.

We are seeking a self-motivated individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills, who is bilingual in Spanish and English, and possesses strong organizational abilities.
