About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Specialist to join our team at All Care Homecare, LLC. As a Direct Care Aide, you will play a vital role in providing personalized support services to individuals with disabilities and elderly clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Collaborate with our staff to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Provide medication reminders and assist with shopping and errands
  • Help with laundry, meal preparation, and homemaking tasks

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Good physical and mental well-being

We offer a competitive salary of $17-$19/hour, depending on experience, plus benefits, including health insurance, dental insurance, vision, short-term disability, life insurance, paid time off, sick pay, holiday pay, and referral bonuses.
