Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Aircraft Records Coordinator to join our team at PHI International. As an Aircraft Records Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and timely records of aircraft within assigned areas, providing relevant information concerning aircraft overhaul, inspection, and retirement schedules in accordance with FAA regulations, PHI guidelines, and manufacturer's standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain all aspects of aircraft records for assigned models
  • Install/Remove aircraft component records in the computer system and/or verify the entries made by field and hangar personnel to maintain accurate records on an aircraft
  • Verify the historical log-cards for status tracked components
  • Coordinate with other departments in solving problems when information necessary for an updated status is unavailable or inaccurate
  • Update information for the continual status report distributed to the aircraft and various departments
  • Compile information on aircraft for various departments, and for vendors and leasers with which PHI does business
  • Handle a large volume of telephone inquiries
