Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at Life Changing Solutions LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office, managing administrative tasks, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage office correspondence, including incoming and outgoing mail, meeting minutes, and other administrative duties.
  • Ensure the consistent availability of office supplies and maintain a well-organized workspace.
  • Check and distribute mail, both physical and electronic, on a daily basis.
  • Schedule meetings and perform tasks assigned to ensure efficient and effective departmental and office cohesiveness.
  • Assist in gathering information for client assessments and ensure all recipient charts are in order.
  • Track receipt of client authorization in our electronic health record system.
  • Perform duties as a Human Resource extension, providing support to staff and management as needed.
Requirements
  • Graduate with a Bachelor's degree and at least two years of office experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to type 50 words per minute and be computer literate.
  • Good working knowledge of general office management and a professional attitude.
