Our company, Tin Building by Jean-Georges, offers a unique dining experience within one of the city's historic landmarks. With multiple venues and 10,000 square feet of retail space, we strive to deliver an unparalleled experience for our guests.
Position SummaryThe Baker position at Tin Building will be responsible for assisting with all bakery production and execution, including bread, pastries, and laminated dough products. This role requires attention to detail, precision, and a positive attitude.

- Able to follow instructions, guidance, and criticism.
- Possess a 'can-do' approach and flexible attitude.
- Accurately complete tasks within a set time frame.
- Work early morning shifts and adhere to cleanliness protocols and health standards.
- Accountable for maintenance areas and units of responsibility.
- Bachelor's degree in Bakery Arts or related field.
- Basic knowledge and experience in bakery principles, including bread and vienoisserie.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be passionate, entrepreneurial, and dedicated to success.
We offer a competitive salary range of $20-$24 per hour, depending on prior experience and qualifications. Additionally, our benefits package includes opportunities for growth and development.
